About Lucy Adlard

Lucy approaches mental health from a holistic, client-centered perspective and believes that creating a safe, comfortable space for sharing is the most important part of therapy.

Some of Lucy’s particular therapeutic interests include behaviour change, self-esteem, emotional regulation, all kinds of anxiety, sleep, and relationships. Lucy completed her Masters of Professional Psychology at Monash University, and also has qualifications in Human Resource Management so likes working through work-related challenges such as burnout and workplace conflicts.

Lucy tailors her approach to each clients unique needs, often incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy into her work.

Her clients would describe her as having a warm, empathetic nature, balanced with lots of energy and determination to help clients achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
