    Autism Coaching Melbourne

    Autism Coaching and Support Program

Autism is a neurodevelopmental condition that influences various areas of an individual's experience, including social communication and interaction, interests and activities, sensory processing, and sensorimotor behaviours. It presents differently for each individual, which is why we take a person-centred approach.

Why Get an Autism Assessment in Melbourne?

There remains significant misinformation and stigma around autism, often leading to missed diagnoses and confusion. If you or someone you care about shows common signs of autism, a comprehensive assessment is a vital first step toward clarity and improved wellbeing. Medicare rebates are available for the feedback session through a Mental Health Care Plan.

    How the Autism Program Works

    STEP 01

    Comprehensive ASD Assessment

In-person assessment by a registered psychologist using evidence-based clinical interviews and psychometric testing. We take a person-centred approach considering the whole individual.

    STEP 02

    Personalised Support Plan

Your psychologist designs a support plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals. This includes psychoeducation, social communication strategies, sensory supports, and emotional regulation techniques.

    STEP 03

    Autism Coaching for Acceptance

Learn how your brain works, recognise challenges, and connect with community supports. Build on your strengths rather than masking difficulties and set a foundation for long-term personal growth.

    STEP 04

    Improved Daily Functioning

Work toward better outcomes across work, study, relationships, daily tasks, and emotional wellbeing through the combination of assessment, intervention and coaching.
